COMMUNITY EYECARE

AEP is proud to have a special program called Community Eyecare, which helps those in financial need who can not otherwise obtain adequate eye care. Our goal is to help patients locally within Barry, Ionia and Kent counties in our three office locations in Hastings, Ionia and Lowell, Michigan.

Our doctors and staff have donated their time and resources to help those in need for this program since 2007. With the support of generous donations we’ve had the privilege of helping over 700 patients with a free eye exam, and when needed a free pair of glasses. We also continue to work with many of those patients to care for their ongoing medical eye conditions. This vital outreach program is now offered year-round with the below qualification form.
